GeTinVET – Green Transition in Vocational Education and Training – Visit of HETEL, Day 1 of 2 🌱📚🤝🇪🇸🇩🇪✨

The GeTinVET team, led by our consultant Stefan Homeyer, welcomed a delegation of teachers from our project partner HETEL.

At the beginning of the two-day job shadowing program, the guests were first welcomed at akbkhorrem in Kerpen: in addition to an introduction to the dual training system in Germany, the participants were given a tour of the school facility to gain an insight into the educational opportunities offered by the Adolf-Kolping-Berufskolleg. 👋🏫📚🇩🇪🔍

The group then moved on to bkkartäuserwall in Cologne. There, the guests visited the media designers’ lessons in the printing workshop and were able to experience the dual vocational training at first hand.🚶‍♂️🎨🖨️📖

The first day was rounded off with a visit to e-nitio, a full-service media agency with a focus on online media. Here, the delegation had the opportunity to talk to trainees and trainers about the dual system and learn about their current project “European Accessibility Act” in the field of e-commerce. 🌐🏢🗣️💻🛒
