INTELLECTUAL OUTPUTS

The project foresees the development of three intellectual outputs :

INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 1: TOOLKIT FOR MANAGING LEARNING  MOBILITY IN THE COVID-19 ERA

COORDINATOR: SCUOLA CENTRALE FORMAZIONE

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, real mobility of students is experiencing a lot of limits. It is necessary to develop new skills to handle mobility projects. The partners will share and collect the practices developed to face this situation aimed to ensure a positive experience for the students in mobility and to virtualize part of the experience (preparation, monitoring, follow up). It will be composed of: infographics, video tutorials, practices related to mobility management and students preparation. Partners will analyse the needs of this new mobility era, share their practices, develop the materials of the toolkit and translate it in all the languages. It will be tested together with IO3 on pilot mobilities and fine tuned on the basis of students and partners feedbacks

INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 2: E-PLATFORM FOR A TAILOR MADE ACCOMMODATION SOLUTION IN HOSTING FAMILIES

COORDINATOR: UNISER

In 2019 Uniser launched Hoster (https://hoster.community/) an online platform aimed at creating a community of families willing to host European students in Italy. Starting from this, the partners will make an analysis on local families in order to understand the new needs due to  the COVID-19 situation and adjust the platform accordingly to provide all the instructions for families willing to host foreign students participating in mobility and to ensure a positive experience both for the families and the hosted students. Finally the website will be translated in every language of the partnership. Hoster will then be tested on pilot mobilities and fine tuned on the basis of the feedback collected from families.

INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 3: VIRTUAL AND BLENDED MOBILITY - ONLINE TRAINING COURSE ON INTERNATIONALISATION AT HOME

COORDINATOR: SEPR

This IO will be dedicated to provide teachers with an online training course explaining the different activities that can be organised with students in a European Dimension. The online training course will be built on the practices exchanged by partners. It will be composed of training modules on how to set up learning activities for local students and teachers with a transnational component, some examples are: use of e-twinning and further online tools, host European students and organise classes/activities for them while they are at school, hosting training courses for teachers etc. Just like IO1, the training course will be built on the practices shared and will be composed of training modules on how to set up learning activities for European students. All the partners will collect information from teachers about their needs, define the structure of the course and work at the creation of the modules. It will be tested on teachers participating in the pilot learning mobility.
