🌍 EU-GES in Madrid, Spain 🇪🇸 participating in the project PLAN, 1st day

The Department for EU Projects in Vocational Education (EU-GES) is an associated partner in the ERASMUS+ 🇪🇺 project PLAN (Pedagogy and Learning in agile Networks). PLAN focusses on a different approach on how to teach, using the advantages of design thinking 🎨 and scrum 🔄.
The PLAN meeting 📅 takes place on 6th/7th November 2024 in Madrid, at the vocational school 🏫 IES El Lago. Beside the leading institution, Berufskolleg Siegburg 🇩🇪, there are members from other partners in France 🇫🇷, Italy🇮🇹, Spain 🇪🇸, and Sweden 🇸🇪 involved in this KA2 project 🤝.

On 6th November 📆, the project partners started with a school tour 🏫. Focus of the day was how the project partners integrated Scrum 🔄 in their schools. Of course, in line with the project topic, the project team used agile working methods 💡 to present results. There was also a Scrum Quartet game 🎲 used to become familiar with Scrum terms and processes – old school but very funny!
The second part of the fruitful and intensive working day 💪 was about dissemination 📢 and implementation of Scrum 🔄 and the further project results. We checked the website 💻 and Social Media channels 📱 and shared experiences.
