🌟 Unser Projekt: IN-DI - Inclusion and Diversity in all Fields of Education 🌟
Wir glauben, dass das Wohlbefinden entscheidend für die Entwicklung demokratischer Kompetenzen ist. Positive Emotionen fördern Flexibilität, Anpassungsfähigkeit, Offenheit für andere Kulturen und Überzeugungen, Selbstwirksamkeit und Toleranz gegenüber Ambiguität.
Das Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist es, Lehrkräfte, Schulleiterinnen und Schulleiter und andere Bildungsprofis im Bereich der Inklusion und des Wohlbefindens zu unterstützen. Basierend auf einer Forschungsarbeit zur Analyse von Inklusions- und Wohlfühlaspekten erstellen wir einen Leitfaden mit bewährten Praktiken und Werkzeugen.
Bei diesem Projekt sind Partner aus sechs europäischen Ländern beteiligt: Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien, Spanien, Lettland und die Tschechische Republik. ✨

We believe that well-being is crucial for the development of democratic competences. Positive emotions promote flexibility, adaptability, openness to other cultures and beliefs, self-efficacy and tolerance of ambiguity.
The main aim of this project is to support teachers, school leaders and other education professionals in the area of inclusion and wellbeing. Based on research analysing inclusion and wellbeing issues, we are producing a guide of best practices and tools.
This project involves partners from six European countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Latvia and the Czech Republic. ✨
